Oven: preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
Fresh: 20-25 mins. Frozen: 35-40 mins
Microwave: (850 Watt Oven - Individual Heating) - Fresh: high 90 secs, stand 30 secs. Frozen: defrost 90 secs, high 90 secs, stand 30 secs
If Fresh: refrigerate between 0°C & 5°C. If Frozen: store at or below -18°
Once thawed, do not refreeze product. Do not reheat a second time
